With growing demand for large spring machines and customized automation projects, Yinfeng continued upgrading its manufacturing infrastructure.

The production base developed functions covering:

• Precision CNC machining

• Machine-frame assembly

• Large equipment assembly

• Electrical control integration

• Machine commissioning

• Customer sample production

• Finished-machine testing

• Spare parts storage

• Export packaging and shipment preparation

The use of large assembly areas, lifting equipment and organized production zones strengthened Yinfeng’s ability to manufacture large camless spring machines, heavy-duty spring coiling equipment and customized wire forming lines.
