2021–2023 — Development of Large-Wire-Diameter and Heavy-Duty Machines

Between 2021 and 2023, Yinfeng expanded its production capabilities into large-wire-diameter spring manufacturing.

The company developed larger camless spring forming machines, heavy-duty compression spring coiling machines and reinforced wire bending equipment.

These machines were designed for products such as:

• Heavy-duty torsion springs

• Large double torsion springs

• Agricultural tine springs

• Large extension springs

• Automotive seat torsion springs

• Heavy compression springs

• Railway springs

• Mining equipment springs

• Construction wire components

• Large industrial wire forms

The development of heavy-duty equipment enabled Yinfeng to serve customers in automotive manufacturing, agricultural machinery, railway equipment, mining machinery, construction machinery and other demanding industrial sectors.

The current product range includes large compression spring machines capable of processing wire diameters up to approximately 16mm, together with large wire bending and forming equipment.
