2007–2014 — Building a Complete CNC Spring Machine Product System

Between 2007 and 2014, Yinfeng continuously developed and improved its CNC spring machinery.

The company introduced machine models for different wire diameters, spring structures and production requirements.

Its product development covered:

• Small precision compression springs

• Medium-sized industrial springs

• Torsion springs

• Extension springs

• Custom-shaped springs

• Wire forming components

The equipment portfolio gradually included CNC compression spring machines, cam-type universal spring machines, automatic coiling machines, spring grinding equipment, machine tooling and wire forming systems.

During this stage, Yinfeng also strengthened its internal capabilities in:

• Precision machining

• Machine-frame manufacturing

• Mechanical assembly

• Electrical control

• Spring tooling development

• Machine commissioning

• Customer sample testing

This development allowed the company to support a wider variety of spring manufacturers and production applications.
