As Yinfeng’s product range expanded, the company continued improving the organization of its production facilities.
Key manufacturing processes were gradually divided into more specialized production areas, including:
CNC machining workshop
Parts inspection area
Mechanical assembly workshop
Electrical control cabinet assembly
Equipment commissioning area
Spring sample testing area
Finished-machine testing workshop
Spare parts and tooling warehouse
This specialized production structure helped improve component consistency, assembly efficiency and equipment testing standards.
It also provided a stronger manufacturing foundation for multi-axis camless machines, large compression spring machines and customized wire forming equipment.
