2015–2018 — Expansion of the Manufacturing Base

Following the company’s upgrade to Zhejiang Yinfeng Automation Technology Co., Ltd., Yinfeng continued investing in production facilities and manufacturing capacity.

The manufacturing base was gradually improved to support the development and production of:

• CNC spring machines

• Camless spring forming machines

• Compression spring coiling machines

• Wire forming machines

• Customized automation equipment

The production system included dedicated functions for CNC parts machining, machine-frame processing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, equipment commissioning, spring sample production and finished-machine inspection.

The expansion of manufacturing capacity enabled Yinfeng to improve production organization, strengthen quality control and support larger and more complex equipment projects.
